We are searching for a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual to lead Birmingham branch of HVAC Firm which excels in mechanical service contracting, controls, and service operations. Achieve team sales quota goals, increase market share, and grow the service contract base. You have 5+ years of successful commercial HVAC Service and/or Controls and/or Renovation/Replacement/Repair Sales and Management experience and can see the entire battlefield. You are a business-minded leader with people management and organizational development skills. Total contracting sales management P&L responsibility; control your destiny. Lead, grow, train, manage, develop people. Key Responsibilities: Sell and Manage overall (Total P&L) functions for HVAC Contracting Sales, Controls, and Service Sales teams.
Driven, Self-starter with a passion for Selling and Managing a Commercial HVAC “contracting solutions” company. Must possess strong communication and inter-personal skills.
Engineering, business, or marketing undergraduate degree is preferred. Advanced degree and/or professional certifications will be a “plus”. Technology proficiency (systems, software, applications) is required.
